- You are free to cancel at any point before the trial ends to avoid billing
- Refunds are not applicable during the free trial as no payment is taken

Subscription-Based Services
All our platform services operate on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually.
Refund Eligibility:
We do not provide refundsfor:
- Partial months of service
- Downgrades in subscription plans
- Unused features or lack of use
- Cancellations made after the renewal date
However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. This is at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle
- No future payments will be taken
- No refund will be issued for the remainder of the billing period
Annual Subscriptions & Pro-Rata
If you’ve chosen an annual plan
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused months
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term
- Renewals are charged in full unless cancelled before renewal
Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a payment fails:
- You’ll be notified and given a grace period (typically 7–10 days) to update billing details
- Failure to settle payment may lead to temporary suspension or account termination
- Suspended accounts may not be eligible for refunds
Refund Request Process
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under special circumstances (e.g. accidental billing, duplicate payments), please contact:

- Your account email
- Invoice number or payment reference
- Reason for your request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Deny future service access
- Challenge the chargeback with proof of usage and acceptance of terms
