Account Registration & Use
- Be 16 years or older
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Be authorised to bind your company or organisation to these Terms
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Trial Period
We may offer a free or discounted trial period at our discretion.
The duration, access level, and availability of trials may change based on our current company policy. We may modify or withdraw trial offerings at any time without prior notice.
Pricing, Billing & Renewals
- Our pricing is available on the website or directly via proposal
- We reserve the right to adjust prices annually, with notice at least 30 days in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle
- VAT and other taxes may apply based on your location
Cancellation & Termination
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused features
- All stored data will be retained for 30–90 days (unless requested earlier)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of terms
- Unauthorised use or abuse of the platform
User Content & Responsibilities
- Ensuring uploaded documents comply with legal, ethical, and employment regulations
- Verifying the accuracy of data and documents submitted
- Assigning proper access roles to employees and third-party users
- Regularly backing up business-critical documents
Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding your uploaded documents) are the property of Team Train Hub or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform
- Use branding or trademarks without written consent
Privacy & Data Protection
- Use secure servers and encryption
- Comply with all legal obligations for data processors
- Limit access to authorised personnel only
- Will notify you in case of a data breach affecting your account
Service Availability & Support
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or third-party failures. Support is available via email or ticket system during business hours (UK time).
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of revenue, contracts, or data
- Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
