Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial with all features unlocked. After trial, billing is per seat for people who plan, publish, approve, or administer schedules. Staff mobile app access stays included on every plan.

Staff, managers, and owners use the mobile app to view shifts, receive updates, pick up open shifts, clock in, and review approvals without a separate mobile fee.
Seat definitions are confirmed in your order form before signatures. Onboarding reviews roles so finance sees predictable renewals.
