Alphanomic uses trusted third-party providers ("sub-processors") to operate our website and workforce management platform. This page lists the main providers we use today.
We require sub-processors to protect personal data under written terms consistent with UK GDPR Article 28. We will update this page when we add or replace material sub-processors.
For customer platform data, your organisation's contract or Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may include additional notification terms for sub-processor changes.

Polar processes payment details on secure checkout pages. Alphanomic does not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Changes to this list
We review sub-processors regularly. If we add a new sub-processor that materially affects customer platform data, we will update this page and notify contracted customers where required by agreement.
